FREEEEEEDOM
Under my honest promise to rest and hydrate, and a sincere cross-my-heart to not exert myself this week, I am outta here.

I've been pushing the limits of my endurance my whole life. I've been called a UNcommon man for my relentless pursuit of doing something bigger than I (or most) could possibly imagine. As a soldier, a marathoner, ironman triathlete or hiker, nothing is extreme enough. Finish lines are great, but the true adventure is what it takes to get to the starting line.

Awesome news! Rest up buddy!
woo hoo!! you been sprung!!!
Glad you're paroled!
Yes! Please make that an honest and serious promise that you will fully carry through on!
Yay! Glad to hear you are feeling better.
Yay! Now, just make sure you live up to those promises so you can get back to normal.
Hooray! Now you know that means NO heart rate elevation. NONE. Zero, zip, zilch. No bike, no swim, no run, no weights, no race-walking. Walking strolling pace only. Preferably with Mo and Mistress along too.
Just clarifying. :-)
Good news, but you better keep those promises. You crossed your heart. That's major. I think if you break that promise Mistress might kill ya. :-) I'm so glad you get to go home, but take it easy buddy. You gave us all quite the scare!!
Take care,
Melissa
I'd believe ya too.
Take care and get well!
Excellent!! :>D
Yay! Now you better go keep those promises you made! Let us do the exercising for you for a little while. I ran 20 miles on Saturday and you can have half, how's that?
Whoooo HOOOOOOO!!!!! You better rest up!
i'm not going to say we'll tattle on you to your doctor, but big blogger is watching - you'd better listen... :-)
honestly tho, get some rest, you deserve it!!!
Yay! I hope being at home makes it easier for you to kick back. Order Deadwood from Netflix or something. Or how about all 6 seasons of the Sopranos? Or the Ken Burns stuff, especially his Civil War series. Good stuff. Makes lounging much better. I think he did one on WWII, too.
KEEP THAT PROMISE!!!
Hi - just checking in to make sure you have something to drink and something to read. Can I get you that remote? OK. Here you go. Would you like those drapes closed? OK. Ring this bell if you need anything else, and I'll check back in a couple hours.
;-)
Comm, Mistress, I keep opening the comment box to leave you with some words, anything, I just can't seem to find them. As you can see we are ALL so thankful you are okay. So Thankful. Keep getting better.
xoxoxo
Great news! I know you won't push it, because Mighty Mo and Mistress deserve to have you around and healthy for a good long time!
yay! listen to nancy, listen to your doctor! stay healthy. now is the time to COMPLETE THE MISSION!
:)
Glad you're home. Take it easy, be good :)
Like a puppy just out of the pound!
Stay tuned...
Ok, so you're out, but that REALLY means you need to rest, relax, NOT exercise, and just chill for awhile! Get your rest, heal up, enjoy the beautiful weather, get a tan, be thankful you're alive and recovering!! :) You're amazing!
Seriously! Take a week off Comm! Good to hear you're outta there.
So where's our update today?
And what's your next event, btw? ;-)
My word ver was POOAM. I'm concerned about that.
Did you pinky swear on that? Because that would be serious indeed.
