I've been pushing the limits of my endurance my whole life. I've been called a UNcommon man for my relentless pursuit of doing something bigger than I (or most) could possibly imagine. As a soldier, a marathoner, ironman triathlete or hiker, nothing is extreme enough. Finish lines are great, but the true adventure is what it takes to get to the starting line.

that's my masters swim coach Wes.
he's the one i told you about that i've hired to do a 16 week plan for me starting July 17th.
I've seen that a handful of times, but it still makes me laugh every time! Thanks.
I've seen that once somewhere... but I thought it was a gag, did not realise it is a commercial. :)
I did my swim drills in the club pool and there were 3 groups of kids with instructors swimming breath-wise cutting across my lane the whole time, so it kinda felt like the video. :)
that was possibly the best thing i've ever seen. EVER.
OK, I really did wet my pants, I have to stay at my desk for awhile. I'm going to borrow that now...thanks!
