No Limits Day 5
Training for the day was a 60 minute run. Instead of just lacing up and running out the door, I drove to South Mountain and ran the trails enjoying the freedom of desert.

I've been pushing the limits of my endurance my whole life. I've been called a UNcommon man for my relentless pursuit of doing something bigger than I (or most) could possibly imagine. As a soldier, a marathoner, ironman triathlete or hiker, nothing is extreme enough. Finish lines are great, but the true adventure is what it takes to get to the starting line.

Ahhh, South Mountain...I remember her well.
Ahhh, you've appeased my OCD!
I'm still in! Just an hour on the trainer this morning. It's nice to see the watts go up and the HR go down!
We should have all taken more baseline measurements on day 1 to see how we've all progressed by day 39.
