Canyon Lake photos
2 shots from yesterday's COLD swim. The first is the winsome me, the one eager but not quite really prepared for the cold that will soon envelope his body, especially his face. BTW, very strange to see myself in a swim cap like that.
This next one, is me holding the temp. gauge which is pegged at 52 degrees. Notice the youthful expression replaced with the, "Crap that sucked look."

Niiicceee swim cap. Just so you know, it's 42 degrees here.

I'm thinking about doing an ocean swim with the San Diego tri club every week. The Pacific is about 56-58 degrees this time of year.
rethinking the head cover. I wonder if I'll be ok with a normal swim cap.

I am still on the "No Limits" bandwagon - next week I start mid-week speed training in the office gym. There, I have said it, now I have to do it.
Ugh. I hate cold water!!!
